I made these in the oven, but these could also be made in a dehydrator!
PrintSuper Seed Crackers
These super seed crackers are packed with fibre, minerals, omega 3’s and plant-based protein. Skip the expensive store bought version and make them yourself at home with only 10 minutes of prep time!

Ingredients
– 1 cup ground flax
– ½ cup pumpkin seeds
– ⅓ cup sesame seeds
– ¼ cup chia seeds
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 ¼ cup water
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– 2 tsp nutritional yeast
Instructions
1) Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
2) Spread the mixture (thinly) onto a parchment paper lined baking tray.
3) Bake at 200 F for 2 ½ – 3 hours depending on how crispy you like them!
4) Cut into shapes of your choice. Serve with hummus, guacamole, queso dip or top with cheese & apple slices.
Notes
Optional add ins:
– 1 cup very finely chopped colourful veggies (peppers, spinach, kale, carrots etc.)
