- 2 cups full fat yogurt (2-4%)
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 tsp worchestire sauce (optional)
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. Store in an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with different types and textures of yogurts. Greek or Icelandic yogurts will yield a much thicker texture compared to regular yogurt. DO NOT USE 0% milk fat yogurt. A little fat in the yogurt goes a long way for flavour.
