Rosemary Roasted Nuts

Serves: 2 cups
- 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts)
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp butter or vegan butter
- 1 tsp tamari or soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped rosemary (+more for decoration)
- pinch of salt
- Heat oven to 350 F and line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Toss the nuts with all the ingredients and spread evenly on the baking tray
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the nuts are golden brown and bubbling.
- Let cool completely before eating
