Healthy holiday recipe for DIY gifts or a sweet and savoury snack to have anytime of the year!
Recipe type: Snack
Serves: 2 cups
  • 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts)
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp butter or vegan butter
  • 1 tsp tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped rosemary (+more for decoration)
  • pinch of salt
  1. Heat oven to 350 F and line a baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Toss the nuts with all the ingredients and spread evenly on the baking tray
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the nuts are golden brown and bubbling.
  4. Let cool completely before eating
