Serves: 15 balls
Ingredients
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
½ cup almond flour
2 Tbsp almond butter *optional
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla, ¼ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp salt are all optional add-on's
Instructions
Blend the dates, almond flour and almond butter in a food processor or blender. If you are adding the cinnamon, vanilla or salt add this in during this time as well.
Take a tablespoon size amount and roll into balls on a parchment lined tray.
Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or small pot on low heat. Take each ball and roll in the chocolate using 2 spoons (or any other method you desire!).
Place the coated truffles in the fridge or freezer to set for at least 15-20 minutes.
